In my last post a couple of months ago I reported that I was on the lookout for a full-time program management role to help me continue to develop my work with teams and ground it in the specifics of a real-life situation. About three weeks ago I started work as a full-time program manager at NetMotion Software, a small but estimable tech company with a uniquely healthy culture and a high-quality product. I’m proud to be a part of this organization and am greatly enjoying the process of learning more about how they do what they do, and how I might be able to help them do it better!

I have no doubt that the lessons from my work at NetMotion will find their way into my approach to team effectiveness–both with the teams I work with there and in the broader community. I look forward to sharing what I learn!
