About three weeks ago I started work as a full-time program manager at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.netmotionsoftware.com\">NetMotion Software<\/a>, a small but estimable tech company with a uniquely healthy culture and a high-quality product. I&#8217;m proud to be a part of this organization and am greatly enjoying the process of learning more about how they do what they do, and how I might be able to help them do it better!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have no doubt that the lessons from my work at NetMotion will find their way into my approach to team effectiveness&#8211;both with the teams I work with there and in the broader community.
